All cancellation policies, change fees, refunds, weather provisions, and force majeure terms are governed solely by the written charter quote and executed charter contract issued for your specific booking.

5. Operational Control and Safety

Air Flight, Inc. retains operational control of all flights, including aircraft selection, crew assignment, routing, weather decisions, and safety determinations.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Government Fees

Charter pricing is transparent and all-in. Your written charter quote itemizes all disclosed charges applicable to the quoted itinerary.

The written charter quote and executed charter contract control the terms of your specific booking, including pricing, cancellations, changes, refunds, payment timing, passenger and baggage limits, and operational details. No additional charges are added unless the itinerary or operational requirements change and a revised quote is issued in writing.
